To the the Resolute Form Keldeo, you'll need to complete the final part of the Seasonal Special Research unlocked at the start of the Tales of Transformation event. After finishing that step, you can use 50 Keldeo Candy, which can be earned from event Field Research tasks, to change Keldeo into its Resolute Form.

You can claim this Special Research until December 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. If you miss the event, don’t worry. Keldeo will return later through a new Special Research after you complete Finding Your Voice.

Keldeo's Resolute Form learns the signature move—Secret Sword (70 power in Trainer Battles, 120 in Gyms and Raids)—but other than that, the transformation is purely cosmetic and does not affect its stats or abilities.
